Each session allows an open, safe space to explore your inner self and your preconceived perceptions of you and your surroundings. This will help tune new dynamics and use your existing skills in a positive and beneficial way. Each session is uniquely designed for each individual. Reiki, meditation, mantras and sound therapy techniques may be used during the session. We offer a complimentary 30 minute consultation to tune in to your frequency, discuss your goals and create a sound plan to fit your desired needs.
